RoHS compliant Alodine coating needed on 5052-H32 Al plateg

November 11, 2010

Hello,
I am searching for a shop to chem film upwards of 40 5052-H32 aluminum plates in 50" x 38" x 0.062". We're looking for a RoHS compliant, adhesion promoting, passivation which will permit greater bondability to epoxy. We are open to Alodine or other options.

At this time, we're not interested in epoxy wash coats or primers to be applied. They do not meet our thermal stability requirements (above 300C).

Southern California is preferred, but Cont US is fine.

Thanks in advance, and I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,

Damon Rachell
