Advantage of chrome plating for high temperature cooking oil

i have to protect my mild steel equipment whose surrounding is full of vegetable oil at high temp please suggest me may I go for chrome plating or nickel plating their advantage and disadvantages

Hi, Abdul. I would expect stainless steel construction to be better and more practical.
