How can I dispose of hard chrome solution which is highly contaminated with hydrochloric acid?

Sajit Sankaran Nair,

Legislation differs the world over, so what may be true for me here in the UK may not be so for someone in the USA or you in India.

The best thing you can do is contact your local government office relating to hazardous material disposal and ask what regulations apply to your country and possibly even your local area.
