Barrel Plating Tin Over Brass

We are a metal fabricator and one of our parts is a small contact made from C260H02 Brass .0315 thick that gets tin plated. It is currently being processed by the barrel method which will obviously cause some parts to be void of plating. I would like to hear from some metal finishers in the Rochester, NY area. Thank you, Bill Hamilton

Hello , your post leaves out what might be an important detail , if your parts are barrel processed , they should be plated all over, not with spots "missing" or "void" of plate. I think more details are in order.
