Defects in nickel-chromium plating of ABS
We are a company that is dedicated to chromium nickel, ABS plastic parts.
We have many problems in locating the root cause of the point cloud and / or pitting. There are very bright spots, they do not feel the human touch.
These come in different zones and different parts.

Hi Fernando,
Your question is rather vague or confusing. If you could post a picture and describe exactly what you are doing perhaps someone could help you out.

Hi,
The surfactants in the acid copper, bright nickel and watts nickel bath have special contribution to these defects and the filtration too. Maintaining the concentration as specified is advisable. The electroless nickel need frequently filtration. I donɬt know exactly the kind of pitting you have but this information may help you.
Regards.
