Copper isolation from galvanized metals

I have to isolate copper flashings from galvanized tube steel, what product would you reccomend, the job is a hospital regulated by OSHPD inspectors

Hi, Vic.

I don't understand the picture you are trying to paint, but not connecting them is a better approach than relying on a goop or sealant to isolate them. Plastic spacers and plastic bolts perhaps?
