Dielectric Coating for Carbon Steel
Hello,
We need a dielectric coating approximately 40 µm thick, to apply on the carbon steel SAE 1040 parts. The dimensions are 90 x 90 x 40 mm.
Used to zinc coat it first and apply two stages painting: primer and finish, but it didn't sit well and peeled.
Is it possible to combine some sort of anti-corrosive coating + painting that won't peel,
or to use some sort of Teflon coating/Ecolon ceramic coating.
The above hardware is used in electronics and contacts with PCB. there are no impacts or high stresses applied on it.
