Please find a solution to below chrome plating problem:
My client requirement of chrome plating thickness is 127 microns. To be plated on 273 mm diameter shaft of 6 m long. We are using a 9.5 m long tub. The problem is that the thickness of chrome is more towards the top of tank but to the end of tank thickness is found less. Also the chrome plating thickness is not uniform around the circumference of shaft. The minimum plating thickness found is 80-108 microns which is unacceptable to client. Please send a solution to this problem.
