Aluminium part painting details
My company is going to manufacture a 4-stroke 75 CC engine. For that we require the aluminium parts to be duly silver painted. I need the painting details & the painting procedure with all the painting specifications.

Hi, Krushna.
That's a tall order. I don't think you'll find any web page or any book that exactly answers that question, unless you successfully search for engine paint and find a paint manufacturer who describes all the pretreatment steps for you. I think it's either find such a supplier or hire a consultant. Good luck.

You might want to take a look at Sermatel's line of high temp aluminum paints. They are the Rolls Royce of this material and you need a license to apply it.
That said, there are a number of Chevrolet or Yugo classes of somewhat similar paints.
Also, look under stoving enamel.
