Zinc phosphating plus cleaning in one step?

Good day!

We painted (powder coating) cubicle panels (800 x 800 x 20000) made from Galvanized steel sheet using an iron phospahte chemical pre-treatment with 5 stages, the last stages was passivation with chromic acid.
Do think there will be no problem in terms of adhesion properties of the paint?
Please be advised also if is possible to have a ZINC PHOSPHATING & CLEANING SOLUTION in one process?

Thanks!

Dear Ens Nuique,
In India 3-in-one solutions are available with our few of the vendor places, same solution will do the degreasing+derusting+ phosphating, better check the availability of the 3-in-1 solutions at the pretreatment chemical makers.

Dear Sir,

There is a new technology that uses Trivalent Chrome Passivation to do this job, cleaning+replacement of Phosphating (Trivalent Chrome Passivation) consists of 2 product A&B-Rinse-Powder Coating...

Check in your market about this product.Simple and fast and Environmental Friendly but only with spray system.

Good luck.

Dear: Sir

In case of Powder coating you will deal with aluminum, steel you will need 2 lines in one line (Phosphating for Steel + chromating for aluminum) it is better to use a one Degreasing tank for Steel, Aluminum, separate tanks for De-Rusting,Etching (desmut), chromating, phosphating due to
1- if the tank has a big quantity of contaminations you will go to change the tank
2- for this reason we should confirm on cleaning first after that treatment
3- also at starting of treatment all material more dusty, More degrease, rust , you can clean at first and keeping the important tanks far from contaminations
