Salt Spray Chamber Mfg. guide

I want to make salt spray test chamber, I require details of the same, pl. suggest the books or guide for making salt spray chamber.

Hi, Yogesh.
I doubt that you will find a book that tells you how to manufacture a salt spray chamber, but ASTM B-117 will at least tell you some requirements it will need to comply with. It isn't clear to me whether you realize that the normal procedure would be to buy one, as they are catalog items.

You say you are a hobbyist, so maybe you can save money by finding a used salt spray chamber that will meet your needs.

On the other hand, if you are a manufacturer intending to go into the business of manufacturing salt spray chambers, you would probably be best off buying a couple for reverse engineering, filling your library with the specs for all the related accelerated corrosion tests, and doing a thorough patent search to determine what you can and cannot legally copy.
