How to repair Oil Rubbed Bronze Shower Tower

Hi, I have a beautiful hand hammered, oil rubbed copper shower tower in my master bath. A new cleaning service was told not to use any cleaning chemicals or sprays on it. Only simple soap and water. Well you guessed it, they sprayed Scrubbing Bubbles on the tower. It now is all milky with streaks running down at the bottom where the cleanser ran before they got around to wiping it off.

I need to know how to repair it. Can I just apply new lacquer on top, will that take away the milk and brighten it?

This is probably beyond the scope of a "home" project. Contact the manufacturer for suggestions. If all else fails, have the cleaning service replace the visible portions.
