How to make tin plating solution directly from tin and sulfuric acid? [India]

I want to make Stannous sulphate salt. normal way to make SnSO4 is to make SnCl2 and then put in H2SO4 solution. But this process is costly requires 2 steps. I want to make directly from sulfuric acid solution. Tin is not easily soluble in sulfuric. So I want to know the conditions and how to filter the final product

Dear Amit,
If you are a plater, it is advisable to buy high quality Stannous sulphate from a quality manufacturer.
