Thickness problem in alkaline zinc plating

Sir, I have alkaline zinc plating (rack) . We give area=24 sq ft
C.D= 30
dip time =15 min
Ampere=1350
(1)zn metal=10 gm/lt
(2)caustic=120 gm/lt
observed thicknes range is 4-6 micron
give suggestions to increase thickness range 5-8 micron
