Need Ra 3.2 finish on Delrin

Hello I am an owner of a small Tool & Die co. and I am quoting on a small job and need to know, what can I use or how can I measure a RA 3.2 on black Delrin? I gather from the information on this sight that it is rather high polish.

Most manufacturers of measuring tools have roughness testers.

The Ra number may not be the problem. Part size and how it is made will determine the process to achieve the finish.
