Hi, Faizi. Millions of miles of copper plated aluminum wire were produced, but in the USA that pretty much ended when the product got a bad name with the Beverly Hills Supper Club tragedy. So, this is an area where you can research actual production methods rather than theory. But, in principle, you zincate the wire (or use the proprietary Alstan method), then you copper electroplate it. Good luck.

Much, if not most, copper coated aluminum wire is made by cladding rather than electroplating.
