Acceptance of Stainless Steel SS304 in Pharmaceutical Industry?
Is SS 304 is acceptable in pharmaceutical field? If not , what is the remedy for that?

Hi, Tarun. "Pharmaceutical field" is a fairly broad and inexact term, but electropolished type 316 stainless steel should be used where cleanliness is paramount. Good luck.

Tarun,
It is preferable to use 316L SS. It should be passivated and the passivation quality should be ensured periodically.
