Chem Film Effect on Dissimilar Metals
What effect does chemical film iaw MIL-C-5541 (on 6061 or 5056 aluminum) have on the dissimilar metals charts of MIL-STD-889 or MIL-STD-1250?

I don't know what the charts say, but a conversion coating neutralizes the charge on the surface of the item, so I would venture that it throws the charts akimbo.
