Trying to match welded and unwelded stainless steel finishes

Sir,

We are making stainless steel doors which involves Cutting, Bending and Welding. We are facing problem as We are going to explain. After cutting and bending on all corners we are going to weld the job. Even after buffing we could not able to match the finish same as that which will be having through out. Of course we do grinding and polishing(Buffing). Please suggest us.

Is your problem with discoloration or the texture/grain pattern of the metal?

Sir, the problem is with texture/grain pattern of the metal (there is a difference between welded finished and non fabricated portion).
