Black Chrome plating on ABS Plastic

I wanted to plate my ABS products by using black chrome process. So I prepared a Black chrome testing bath. Concentration of chromic acid is 400 gr/lt and Concentration of catalyst is 27 gr/lt. Sum of surface area of my products that on the rack is 12,05dm2. I gave 300 amp for this product for 5 minutes.
But I couldn't succeed.
What should I do?
