I want the formula for bright copper plating

I'm working in an electroplating division. I want the formula for bright copper plating.

Hi, Mohammad. The basic chemistry for bright copper plating is fairly simple: copper sulphate this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] plus sulfuric acid. You can find concentrations and operating parameters in the Metal Finishing Guidebook, the Electroplating Engineering Handbook [on AbeBooks or eBay or Amazon affil links] , and similar texts.

But this answer is somewhat misleading because you will want proprietary addition agents, and you will not find the formulas for them in the literature; even if you could, they are often not simple mixtures, but organic chemicals synthesized from precursors (sort of like cracking crude oil to make gasoline or plastics) that few laboratories could manufacture anyway. The practical answer is that bright acid copper plating processes are usually purchased from the major suppliers of plating chemicals. Good luck.

Hi,

copper sulphate - 200 gms/ltr
sulfuric acid - 32 ml / ltr
Chloride - 60 ppm
Then you contact some supplier for additives who can help you further.
