Cleaning up a lexan window

I have recently purchased an early 60's aluminum boat, and had some great idea from this site to prime and paint. But I am looking for some info on cleaning up the lexan window on the boat as it has been stored outside for several years, and is very foggy/cloudy, is there a buffing solution or application I can use instead of replacing the entire window?

many thanks

If not too badly aged, you can polish it . All car parts stores sell kits for polishing plastic light lenses.
