Thermal Sprayed Aluminium
Dear Sir,
We need to paint (?) offshore platform structure by TSA (acronym for Thermally Sprayed Aluminium).
The area involved is about 35000sq.m and the thickness 200-250 microns DFT.
We want adopt time tested proven solution and in an economical way.
Kindly let us know the costs involved. And also finished rates
$/sq.m.

The price will depend on the competition in your area, availability of materials, distance traveled and a host of other factors.
When you say aluminum, are you talking about a specific alloy, any Al alloy or pure aluminum?It makes a huge difference
I doubt if it would be wise to do this yourself as it does involve a good bit of technique as well as time tested procedures that frequently are not written down. How clean and how dry are two interesting areas. how rough is another.
In the past, a Miller Thermal wire unit would most likely be the unit of choice although there are a number of others.
