How to reduce COD
Dear Sir or Madam,
We are a Gas processing Plant which located at Viet Nam. We had problem with COD of waste water of foam solution with the main component is Diethylene glycol (10-20%). Could you please advise us the way and what chemical can be used to reduce COD from 1800 mg/L to allowable of 100 mg/L with total volume of 300 m3 waste water contained in open basin?

Dear,
Add bleaching powder in small quantity Like 1.0 ppm to ---- as per testing & check COD in water after 2-3 Hr.
