I am looking for Substitute for sulfuric acid for Electro polishing solution for stainless steel as it causes rust in the box joint type instruments.

Hi, Faisal, the Electroplating Engineering Handbook ⇦ this on eBay, AbeBooks, or Amazon [affil links] lists numerous formulations for electropolishing, and these days there are a number of proprietary low-acid or non-acid formulations available.
