Which is easier to finish, brass or zamak?

We are planning to introduce high quality base metal jewelry to compliment our precious metal range. We have the option of bronze, brass or zinc alloy (zamak).

From mass finishing and rhodium plating point of view, we cannot decide which metal to use.
I would appreciate if somebody can advise me , from their experience, out of three, which would be the easier for us to work with.( in theory)

Although we feel more at home with bronze or brass due to similarity in casting process, we would like to have a go at zamak from costing point of view

All suggestion appreciated

Thank you
