Anti corrosion coating for springs

Our company is in the business providing long term protection of steel substrates subjected to corrosion and erosion . We manufacture/supply coal tar epoxy, high build epoxy, ceramic coatings glass flake filled polyester coatings. We are also in the business of refurbishing and efficiency improvement in large pumps handling potable/industrial water. We are in this business for over two decades.
Now we have an enquiry for providing a coating against corrosion for steel springs of 9 inches width,11 inches height. These springs are subjected to reasonable compression load.Coating is required for both new and in-service springs.Since lot no. of springs are to be coated, time is the constraint.Suggestions are welcome for a suitable quick drying coating and methodology.

Dear Sarangapani Venugopal,
Better go for Zinc lamilar coating, (that is Zinc + Aluminium ), after this coating for identification , colouring or different color of sealant is also available.
One more possibility PTFE or Xylan type of coating also will help.
For this type of coating, we will avoid the hydrogen embrittlement also.
