Need manufacturer for small chrome finish plastic charm

We are looking for an inexpensive producer/manufacturer of a chromed like finish of a charm or emblem called 'God's mercy, He has risen.' This is a give away so hence the cost consideration.
35 mm tall x 20 mm wide x 3 mm thick.
