Tremclad rust paint over latex ?
can I paint tremclad rust paint over fresh latex paint on metal that I hastily painted without priming.

Hi, Cameron. Adhesion of paint is not a shrink wrap effect, it's like a chain and it's weakest link. The latex is not a proper primer. Sorry, it will probably pull off the bare metal, taking all subsequent layers of paint with it.
