Looking for creep characteristics of 90/10 SnPb solder material

I'm in charge of a Package Design Group, for a microelectronic components company.

We have a customer request regarding the full creep characteristics of the 90/10 SnPb solder. No so easy to find the right information on the web.
We are more specialized in brazing material or others.

Try the International Tin Research Institute ITRI. Probably the leading body of knowledge for tin/lead solders.
