Is carbon steel pipe usable for isopropanol+formic acid fuel mixtures?

Currently I use heavy fuel oil as fuel for a lime kiln .

I was asked to burn solvent mixture as an alternative fuel . this mixture is mainly isopropanol but it contains 12% w/w formic acid and 0.4% of chlorine in the form of HCl .

Since the kiln fuel system is made of carbon steel I assume corrossion problems even if I will use 25% w/w solvent / 75% heavy fuel oil mixture .

An option to overcome this problem is to add a corrosion inhibitor to the solvent mixture .

Can anyone recommend for an inhibitor for my application .
