Prep Steps for Chrome Painting
I've been doing Powder Coating for some time, and I know how important surface preparation is to the final result. The closer to raw, or pristine, the better.
I'm wondering is it the same for chrome painting? Does a part need to be stripped to bare metal prior to applying chrome paint? Or can it be simply cleaned/degreased?
