How to electroplate FeO ?
I want to make FeO particles via electrodeposition. Does anyone know the best way to go about the problem?

Hi, Eric. Electroplating (per se) does not generate oxides; rather it generates metals by reducing them from ions of them in solution. Please spend a few sentences describing what you are trying to do, or telling us of your progress to date, because it isn't clear what you are asking. Thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for the response. I want features that are paramagnetic. The feature are high aspect ratio so sputtering, ebeam, etc will probably not work. I have made these features in past by electroplating other materials like ag,au,ni,cu,pt etc. but they do not possess the desired properties. I don't necessarily need to plate FeO if there was a way to plate Fe then oxidize to only FeO that would also work. Or if I could plate another material with similar magnetic susceptibility. I just thought I remember reading a journal article like 5 years ago were they made FeO feature or films via electroplating.
