Q. Looking for ideas on how not to over reverse parts on double bus bar racks. Looking for ways of safeguarding against leaving a part in reverse polarity ? Any ideas ?

A. If you do not have "hard chrome consultants" "book" (cleveland, OH) I would buy it. Clarence Peger senior, deceased, was the strong proponent of the 2 bus bar system.
I used it for several years and found his information to be very good (after you filtered out the self serving BS)

If you follow his instructions for the particular steel that you are plating, you should have no problem.
