Want to give a seminar on a powder coating problem

I have to give an seminar on improvement in the top and bottom endshield powdercoating process of ceiling fan in college.please guide me on this.

Hi, Snehal. I don't think you are going to get sufficient response in an internet forum to be able to deliver a seminar on a subject, but there are a number of excellent powder coating books available, including Bob Utech's Guide to High Performance Powder Coating [on Amazon affil links].
