Refinery pipe coatings to minimize soot build-up
October 27, 2009
Please help.
We have a problem with build up of soot / slag with our furnace piping in our refinery. We use the following substrates.
1. High Alloy Steel for Anti-slag (soot build up, this is VERY important), high emissivity,
with Temperature acceptance 1100*C to 1300*C
2. Carbon steel / 20G(GB5310) (soot build up, this is VERY important), high emissivity,
with Temperature acceptance <430.
3. High Alloy steel / 12Cr1MoV (soot build up, this is VERY important), high emissivity,
with Temperature acceptance 570.
