Bright annealing of stainless steels
We carry out the bright annealing of S316 steel at 1000 °C deg. at the vacuum 10(-3), 1h.
Is it a regular mode for this process? According to numerous sources of information the 850-900 °C deg heating is the widely used practice for this purpose. Isn't it?
