Hi, Deepak. The short answer is that high strength steel parts which are subjected to embrittling conditions like pickling or electroplating must be almost immediately baked to allow the hydrogen to escape before it causes embrittlement. If you search this site for
"hydrogen embrittlement" you will find many discussions on the subject. Whole books have been written on the subject, including
