What is a "bronze ceramic" coating used on exterior wood screws?

I am using wood screws labeled as bronze ceramic coated. I can find no reference to this term on google searches. Is this a marketing gimmick to "upgrade" yellow dichromate plating on screws? Are you familiar with bronze ceramic coatings?

Well I'm not %100 certain but you might be referring to (ceramic fluoropolymer coated screws). I have seen them in most of the hardware stores and all that I really know about them is that they advertise them to be extremely corrosion resistant and they are expensive as hell. They can be had in a myriad of colors and I assume bronze is one of those colors.
