Need information on good temperature for paint coating or lacquer after black copper oxide

Dear all. Now our company develop metal button from black copper oxide. We want the button to have good quality on corrosion test and washing test. We plan to enhance corrosion resistance using anti-rust lacquer (method : spray). Usually we use high temperature after lacquer. Do you have information about good temperature for paint coating or anti-rust lacquer after black copper oxide? If we use high temperature (> 190 C), after washing test will find black copper oxide slightly peeling. Is it right that black copper oxide offers an excellent base for organic finishing, such as painting, lacquering or enamelling? Can it improve adhesion become tighter and long-lasting?
