Aluminum preparation for wet spraying

Dear sir

I would be honoured if you could advise us on the following situation:

We manufacture outdoor garden lighting in South Africa and have a problem with proper preparation of our aluminum pipes for the paint to adhere.

We mix fibreglass components with Al pipes and therefore  we are also not able to powdercoat. The other thought is that corrosion starts in the inside of the pipes and that I would love to resolve too.

Lastly I also paint PVC pipes on another product and adhesion and correct preparation is also not up to scratch. Please could you see if there is a little advice that can come over yonder.

With much appreciation
