Hi, Bui. The URL that you posted from indicates that this inquiry was submitted via a mechanical translation from Vietnamese to U.S. English; so it's a bit difficult to understand your question, and probably not practical to ask you to clarify. I think you are saying that the painted surfaces of the work exhibits what we call a "fisheye" defect.
So please search the site for "fisheye".
