Delayed blistering problem in zinc iron plating




we are doing zinc iron plating with trivalent Black passivation on HR pickled sheet component with minimum 12 micron thickness.we are facing delayed blistring problem (after 10 to 15 day ). please help me to solve above problem.

I would start by looking at your pretreatment....cleaning in particular. Look for waterbreak.
