Help for zinc black
one of my customer is asking for zinc black plating(trivalent) , but the sample what he gave to me is looking like as painting finish, he is asking me to give me the finish like that. can any one suggest me how to get a finishing like painting, or suggest any chemicals for that , please kindly help me

it is entirely possible.Generally trivalent black passivation is followed by a top coat.After top coat components have a look like it is painted.
contact any supply house in and around your city.There are many.

It may be painted after all, the finish you are looking at is probably CED Coated.
