Zinc coating peels off from electrogalvanized metal sheet

I'm a Quality Engineer at Metal Stamping company. My problem is our metal sheet coating peels off after stamping and degreasing processes. In stamping process, we using aliphatic based stamping fluid and in degreasing we are using hydrofoam petroleum based chemical. It happens only on certain qty and lots only.

Hope your can give us some ideas to overcome this problem.

Hi, Abas. I doubt that the aliphatic or hydrofoam chemicals are seriously affecting the zinc coating. I believe that some lots have not been properly zinc plated and the zinc plating is coming off because of the handling and the stresses involved in stamping.
