Titration of boron in nickel cobalt plating

I deposited Ni-Co-B by electroless method,in papers I read that they used EDAX anlysis for determining Ni and Co content,I want to determine boron content of deposit what should I do(edax can't determine)
I some papers they determine boron content by sodium hydroxide titration method,Can you explain this method in details?

Are you trying to determine what's in the solution or what's in the plate?

If the plate, then we have found that GD-OES works very well for similar situations.
