Formulation for phosphating for ms steel parts

dear sir
I want to prepare the phosphating solutions for ms steel plates please let me know how to do it so that I can get it with my own composition, as I know from your site that phosphating chemical is prepared from phosphorus acid + HNO3+

There are literally hundreds of formulations for phosphate solutions. The difference in how well they work between "home brew" and proprietary is in trace additives to make the solution last longer and work better. No one is legally allowed to give you that information.
If you go the home brew route, who is going to help you when you run into a problem?
