Coverage of uneven gold




Hello sir,
We are using electroless gold bath on direct copper.Te gold is not covered properly.What is the remedy? If you find some idea please rever to this.

Ram, You have not given enough information for anyone to help. You have not given the alloy of the copper or the size or shape. Also nothing about you preplate steps or what type of gold plating solution you are using.
Remember, the quality of the answer that you get is normally proportional to the quality of the information that you provide.

Besides gold interdiffuses with copper very soon. You need an intermediate layer of nickel to stop that.
