Problem regenerating mixed bed dimineralizer

Dear mr/mrs,

I had trouble for regenartion demin water. the condition is below:
1. Feedwater
pH = 7.1
E/C = 0.28 - 0.33
TDS = 130 - 150 ppm

2. Target for water outlet:
pH = 4 - 8
E/C = max 0.2
TDS = max 200 ppm

Type mixed bed, with cation resin in bottom and anion resin in upper. How to solve this problem?
