Loss in aquaregia process due to lux-105 progold alloy
hi,I'm bhupesh mulik, working as refining officer in jewellery company.I refined 50.11gm 18k white gold (using progold lux-150 alloy).my expected pure gold was 37.77gm but I got 36.04gm gold by aqua regia process.so I'm getting approx. 2.5% loss on each batch.I had problem due to alloy only in 18k white gold.can you tell me why this is happening & where is my gold? (in progold lux-105 alloy, silicon is contained.)
